The armor can be found in the Deathclaw Promontory (go with Extreme Caution!). There are about 20-25 deathclaws in that small area. The Deathclaw Promontory is east of Techatticup Mine, slightly to the south, you should be able to see the area across the river from the mine thanks to it's height. Alternatively, you can reach there from Cottonwood Cove, across the river. Once you're on the other side of the riverbed head north until you see an opening in a steep hill. It is not a labeled in-game location.
Gobi sniper rifle
the Gobi sniper rifle is located west of cottonwood cove. up in the hill
side area, the weapon is locked inside a foot locker. which requires 100
lock to open it is in good condition but can be repaired with ordanairy
sniper rifles. the damage is higher than a sniper but is still quite weak.its
effect do make up however with bonus crit dam and bonus crit chance.

Tesla beaton prototype
the tesla beaton prototype is unique verson of the telsa cannon this gun is found in 2 different location 1 by the virtibird and the other old nuc test site, i would recommend the virtibird as it is far easier. the weapon will be guarded by hardened sentry bots and hardened Mr gusty.
